Shipping & delivery policy

Nothing is shipped

RepBolt is an online software service. We don't sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

When you get what you paid for

• Member seats are added to your gym as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and you see them on the Seats page.
• If a payment is confirmed but the seats don't appear within 24 hours, email hello@repbolt.com and we'll add them or refund you in full.
• Your invoice and payment receipt are available from the Seats page and from Razorpay's email.

Where it works

RepBolt works anywhere with an internet connection, in a web browser and in the RepBolt app for Android and iPhone.
