The service

RepBolt is a product of w3builders Technology Solutions LLP. It is software: gyms use it to create workout plans, diet plans and training schedules for their members, and members follow them in the RepBolt app and on the web. RepBolt is not a gym, and your gym is not part of RepBolt; each gym runs its own coaching, staff and memberships. Personal plans for people training without a gym are coming soon.

Not medical advice

Plans, suggested weights, calorie targets, diet charts, step goals and activity estimates are general fitness guidance, not medical advice, and calorie and distance figures are estimates. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are fasting. Stop and get help if you feel pain or unwell.

Gyms and seats

• Gyms buy member seats for one month or one year at the prices shown on our website at the time of purchase (plus GST where we show it). Payment is in advance; nothing renews automatically.
• New gyms get a free trial of 5 seats for 14 days. Nothing is charged when it ends.
• Refunds follow our Refund & cancellation policy.
• Gyms are responsible for the plans and advice their trainers give, and for having their members' consent to use RepBolt and to let trainers see their data.
• Members of a gym that uses RepBolt don't pay us; their gym pays for their seat. If the gym stops paying or removes them, they keep their account but lose the gym's plans.

Your account

Keep your password safe and give accurate details. Don't misuse the service, try to access other people's data, or upload content you don't have the right to use (including exercise graphics). We may suspend accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account at any time (how).

Your content and data

Plans, foods and graphics you create stay yours; you let us store and show them so RepBolt works for you and your gym. How we handle personal and health data is in our Privacy policy.

Changes and availability

We improve RepBolt continuously and may change features or prices; seats already bought keep their price for their period. We aim for the service to be available at all times but can't promise it never goes down, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts of the city of our registered office have jurisdiction.
